Target na rin ng lifestyle checks ng Bureau of Internal Revenue, ang mga may magarbong pamumuhay.

Inilatag sa Revenue Memorandum Order 19-2010 ang mga regulasyon sa lifestyle check system.
Target nito ang mga lantad ang magarbong pamumuhay at kinakikitaan ng mga malaking investment at asset subalit mababa ang buwis na binabayaran.

Alinsunod sa kautusan, bubusisiin ng BIR ang records ng mga target nilang indibidwal partikular sa LTO, Bureau of Immigration, Maritime Industry Authority, Civil Aeronautics Board, Land Registration Authority, Registries of Deeds at Meralco.

Magkakaroon din ng access ang bir sa records ng airline at shipping companies, resorts, membership clubs, maging sa homeowners’ associations;  real estate firms at credit card companies.
